Leader yang "Sempurna"
<p>Tidak akan ada yang bisa menjadi master dalam sehari, karena itulah proses belajar terus dibutuhkan. Perfectionist Leader
<p>Leader yang perfectionist terkadang diperlukan sebagai orang terakhir yang bertanggung jawab akan hasil kerja team. Namun kebanyakan perfectionist cenderung melakukan Micromanage atau memanage team hingga hal-hal terkecil dan sedetail mungkin.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Walaupun memanage team secara langsung menunjukkan bahwa Leader aktif dan bertanggung jawab akan kinerja team, namun terkadang micromanage ini justru menjadi kelemahan tersendiri bagi seorang Leader.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Anggota team mungkin akan merasa terganggu, merasa tidak dipercaya dan akan menghilangkan kepercayaan kepada Leadernya, merasa burnout, membuat anggota justru menjadi sangat tergantung kepada Leader, dll.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Nah di podcast kali ini saya dan mbak Reni Tere berkesempatan untuk sharing bagaimana saya sebagai seseorang yang bisa dibilang 'perfectionist' memanage team saya saat menjadi first time leader.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Semoga podcast kali ini dapat menjadi inspirasi teman-teman dan dapat mempermudah perjalanan kalian sebagai first time Leader.</p>
