Ep. 36. Protecting your Authenticity in Entrepreneurship and Relationships with Karina F. Daves
Karina F. Daves is one of my favorite people in the coaching space. When I talk about showing up online authentically, resourcefully and with ease, she is a prime example of this.
As a Life Coach, she provides several platforms with tips on how to have relationships, set boundaries and live your best life. Her focus is on boundaries, relationships and putting yourself first.
She guides women towards a fulfillment making sure that they are the main character of their lives. Her growing community allows women to see that they are not alone in life.
In this episode we dive into how to set boundaries with those around you including, partners, parents and friends without feeling like you’re walking on eggshells but with self-trust and as an act of love to yourself and those around you. We talk about creating balance, protecting your creativity and keeping your true identity alive in business despite the multiple roles and identities we hold.

Ep. 35. Tips for Planning a New Month and Spending Less Time Planning and More Time Executing
This week's episode was taken from an Instagram Live I did a few months back, but thought would be beneficial to share on the podcast as we wind down the year and start thinking about plans for 2023! Tune in to listen to how I go about blocking out my month so that I have space for work, play, self-care and growth.
Throughout the episode, I share ways to plan around travel, creating content around my menstrual cycle, my FT job and based on my energy levels and upcoming holidays and trends to optimize my partnerships and connection with my community. I offer some insight on how I set boundaries with my FT job and prioritize self-care and my mental health.
So while I do mention starting quarter 4, keep this in mind as we transition fresh into quarter 1. It’s definitely not too late to share holiday content and start creating an impression with your community and your dream brands but also by recognizing that your best looks different from day to day and releasing some of the shame around productivity.
