[…] It's a whole process. You have to plant them every week. But they just really rely on us for their weekly dose of microgreens. And it's one of those foods that's really like anything local. Once you eat a fresh local microgreen, you get kind of addicted to them. Like once you've had them on avocado toast or an egg sandwich, you just want them every time. So a lot of our customers are just obsessed and will spend $40 a week on microgreens from us. And they come year round every single week. So that's another great benefit to growing year round is that your customers don't forget about you. They see your, you know, we put a little label on all of our bags that has our farm name. […]
