[…] We also have some more rural residential communities such as Melbourne, Cannellville, but the growth is focused around Strathoray Mount Bridges and that's primarily because that's where the infrastructure exists, that's where the water and the wastewater exist. So when we're looking at growth, it's really focused around that infrastructure. As far as housing goes, Strathoray, especially in the recent years, we're seeing more medium density to higher densities. Still, lots of single family dwellings, but definitely an increase on the medium to higher density. Mount Bridges is still kind of on the lower density side, so a lot more singles. […]
