<p>This is the final episode of the Growing up with ADHD podcast. I have really enjoyed creating this for you all as part of my master's project. In this episode we go over what we have learned. I had a lot of fun putting this series together for you all, and I hope you learned something through it just as I did. If there is one thing you pick up from this episode, I hope it is to just be supportive of those with ADHD, and just give them a chance. No one deserves to live a life of being surrounded by stigma, and people with ADHD certainly deserve better as well. Thanks for listening in. If you made it through this whole series, snaps to you!
