› Clarity on your vision, purpose & values
Often personal development tools and courses only focus on how to set goals successfully. NLP helps to make you aware of the subconscious patterns that you express in language and through your senses, and change these patterns when applicable.
NLP training teaches you how to involve these in setting your goals and your purpose, but also make you aware of your current values that drive your behaviour and how to shift these towards a more energetic way of life.
› Overcoming limiting beliefs
We all have many beliefs that help us, but there are also a lot that get in the way of what we want to achieve.
NLP teaches you how to re-frame your current beliefs by applying different meaning to behaviors, situations in life and also to new beliefs that you would like to have. It can create a very powerful change in how you view the world and how you deal with difficulties in life.
› More self-confidence
NLP offers the possibility of accessing resources from your past or creating new resources for the present and the future. This can give you more self-confidence in areas where you need it.It can also teach you how you can anchor these and, if you wish, "program" yourself to become unconsciously competent.
› Managing difficult people
The NLP teach you how to deal with difficult people, that is, those people with whom we constantly fight or who irritate us. People we don’t know how to get along with us or make them get along with us.
NLP teaches you about the process of building rapport through mirroring and matching at various levels, showing you how to connect with difficult people and help them cooperate with you.
› Strengthening leadership capabilities
NLP can develop your leadership capabilities. This includes the ability to have people follow you, increasing your performance through the power of state and asking the right questions at the right time.
› Developing new strategies for problem solving
The NLP help you examine your current way of thinking and develop your ability to think differently.
This involves looking at the way we unconsciously structure our thoughts and our ability to divide a problem into chunks, as well as the power of reframing problems and turn them into positive states.
› Dealing with pain
NLP teaches you how to listen to signals of your body and deal with pain as a signal.
It can also, if applicable, heal allergies that are created through a mistake in your immune system in times of lower resistance with tools that disassociate you from the allergy and program yourself back to your healthy body before the allergy.
› Creating more freedom & choice over your mindset
Mindset includes your emotions, performance states and ultimately your results. NLP can help you in the development of states and the power of increasing your performance through state changes.
› Breaking behavioural patterns
Through a mixture of metaphors, motivation and intention discovery, tasks and training NLP is able to break unproductive behavioural patterns. Through a series of NLP interventions that work in the unconscious (like time line, N-step reframe, parts integration and provocative or performance coaching) you are able to break poor patterns for ever.
› Developing stronger & healthier relationships
NLP can help via the unconscious mind and body to improve your interactions in relationships.
› Improving your communication & presentation skills
The use of language and senses as well as your state, presence and the way you use the space and anchor space in your storyline will help you improve your communication and presentation skills.
› Improving your coaching skills
NLP can help you to learn new ways to motivate others and get to the core of complex issues quickly to be able to communicate effectively.
› Dealing with unexpected situations in life
NLP can help you become more resilient to change. NLP offers a great method of attaining a different view and feeling about changes in your life. It can help you deal with people, situations and, most importantly, your own emotions in a better way.
› Understanding the capabilities, strategies & mindsets of successful people
These are the methods that people use to achieve excellence in business and life. NLP can demonstrate these to you via a process called "modelling."
› Creating more energy & relaxation in your life
NLP training can help you discover ways to reduce stress and tiredness in your life by analysing your lifestyle in the broadest sense and anchoring states and the use of breathing and your senses to change your state.
› Improving team & organisational performance
