Episode 8: Interview on the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (or Queer) (LGBTQ) with Yenziwe Nhlonipho.
Join myself and Yenziwe as we talk about the LGBTQ community and listen to her story on coming out and important message to those struggling with accepting their sexualities.
The LGBTQ terms are used to describe a person's sexual orientation or gender identity
Below you will find the definition of each term, found from "THE CENTER" an LGBT Community center.
1. LESBIAN
A woman whose enduring physical, romantic, and/or emotional attraction is to other women.
2. GAY
The adjective used to describe people whose enduring physical, romantic, and/or emotional attractions are to the people of the same sex.
3. BISEXUAL
A person who has the capacity to form enduring physical, romantic, and/or emotional attractions to those of the same gender or to those of another gender.
4. TRANSGENDER
An umbrella term for people whose gender identity and/or gender expression differs from what is typically associated with the sex they were assigned at birth.
5. QUEER
An adjective used by some people, particularly younger people, whose sexual orientation is not exclusively heterosexual. Typically, for those who identify as queer, the terms lesbian, gay, and bisexual are perceived to be too limiting and/or fraught with cultural connotations they feel don't apply to them.
6. QUESTIONING
Sometimes, when the Q is seen at the end of LGBT, it can also mean questioning. This term describes someone who is questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Episode 6: Interview on Gender Based Violence with Tshegofatso Nkoe.
Join myself and Tshegofatso, as she opens up about her story. Tshegofatso is one of the very few young ladies who was able to leave her partner the minute he had the audacity to lay a hand on her. Her story will open your eyes, and hopefully, inspire those young girls who keep making excuses for their partners. If one Queen can leave, so can you. And I mean this in the most saddening tone ever.
Let us come together, open-minded as we best can, and practice discernment towards our fellow sisters who have been silenced.

Episode 1: INTRODUCTION - PART 1
GOLD SMELTING PROCESS
" Gold is Purified by means of a smelting process, which utilizes pressure, high heat, and chemicals to accomplish the task. Like any metal appears naturally in the earth, there are impurities that must be removed. Removing minerals and other impurities allow gold to be used in its purest form, which is necessary for many applications."
