<p>这期节目我和好哥们儿、《红楼慢炖》主播刘利，盘了潘红楼人物中我们想与之做哥们儿的人物榜单。</p><p>该榜单具有高度个人性、主观性，不具有权威性、代表性，因此大家看到有些争议和污点人物上榜，最好不要喷我们。不过喷了也没事，我们仍然坚定地站在薛蟠-柳湘莲CP一边。哈哈。</p><p>本期依旧是边喝边聊。您也可以边喝边听！</p>

4. 初跳东湖
<p>武汉是一座“百湖之市”。在这里出生、长大的本地人，生活是以湖泊为圆心的。对于外地人来说，武汉现有的166个大小湖泊之中，最著名的当属“东湖”。</p><p>从2010年起，就有BMX（越野摩托车式自行车）爱好者骑着自行车跳入这个武昌区东部的湖泊。后来，“跳东湖”逐渐成为武汉青年夏日拥抱自然的一场嘉年华，一张体现武汉精神的城市名片。</p><p>种草多年，今年无论如何也得来。在高铁上的5个多小时，一直在犹豫要不要跳。刚到活动现场，就碰到拾捌精酿的Pau——</p><p>“跳不跳？！”</p><p>“跳！”</p><p>既然脱口而出，也就不能怂了。</p><p>整个跳湖过程十分丝滑。除了要穿救生衣，水里还有两名救生员。加上岸上围观的一群人，想把自己淹死都难（准确地说是绝对不可能）。真不知道自己之前在害怕什么。</p><p>跳入东湖的瞬间，突然想到克尔凯郭尔说过的一句话——在信仰问题上，我们唯一的选择只有鼓起勇气，纵身一跃。之前，对“纵身一跃”只有抽象的“理解”，现在有了具体的“体验”。</p><p>除了跳，现场还有很多户外活动，市集，音乐。当然，最重要的，精酿啤酒。</p><p>遇到了很多新老朋友，在酷暑中一起拥抱自然，顿顿顿。</p><p>然后，一场暴雨如约而至。</p>

3. 不去景点，玩转九州：福冈，熊本，日田
<p>端午节去日本九州呆了七天。相比较更加热门的东京、大阪、京都，九州对游客的吸引力小了很多，但是对于两个对本次旅途“漫无目的”的人来说，似乎是个不错的选择。因为没有特别要去打卡的地方和景点，本次旅途的体验更加随性和深入，也充满着各种惊喜和感动。</p><p>坐在车站附近的草坪长椅上看下班族来来往往、在大濠公园看河里的锦鲤扑通、在拉面街排队吃一碗超人气博多拉面、在烟火气浓烈的小酒馆里喝上一杯本地精酿、去开了快60年的咖啡店里喝一杯爷爷做的培煎咖啡、和吧台后认真做饭的小哥毫不令色地夸赞他的手艺、在依山傍水的温泉小城6:30自然醒来、在宽敞的房间里练一小时瑜伽……</p><p>旅行的意义不再是赶路去下一个目的地打卡，也不是去靠无止尽地消费来填满内心的欲望。可以试试慢下来，用观察者的视角，看看当地人的生活状态，也重新审视自己的生活。在旅行的每一段路上，都沉浸于当下。</p><p>节目里提到的店：</p><p>🍜 福冈</p><p>大濠公园 + 旁边的福冈市美术馆</p><p>精酿啤酒店：FUKUOKA CRAFT（烧烤比酒更出圈）</p><p>精酿啤酒店：Stand Umineko yoca（站着喝精酿的店，小食很好吃）</p><p>位于博多车站的拉面街：Shin Shin（人气拉面）、麺や兼虎（超好吃的冷拌面）</p><p>居酒屋：Yocchan （坐在角落的邻座的大叔和我们热情地分享他的炸鸡块）</p><p>🐻 熊本</p><p>熊本城 （建议外面看看就行）</p><p>Coffee Arrow （本地爷爷开了59年的咖啡店）</p><p>三得利啤酒工厂参观 （具体攻略见下周的啤酒事务局公众号更新）</p><p>大阪烧店：Toichi</p><p>居酒屋店：料理屋 じい（年轻夫妇新开的）</p><p>精酿啤酒店：Herringbone Craft Beer Bar（炒饭很香……）</p><p>早餐店：Tarachine Breakfast（熊本车站附近，专门做早餐的店，节目中忘说……）</p><p>♨️ 日田</p><p>咖啡店：Coffee Zaitsu （一家爷爷奶奶开的日式咖啡甜品店，芝士巴斯克超级好吃！）</p><p>居酒屋：虎ノ助 （Google Maps平分5.0分）</p><p>居酒屋：串焼元（烤串店，自家酿的梅子酒很好喝）</p><p>在日本常用的App：</p><p>Google Maps - 地图</p><p>苹果自带的地图App - 查好吃的餐厅</p><p>ikyu.com - 日本人用来订酒店的网站</p>
