This is where we dive into all the juicy, life-changing stuff that lights you up and helps you grow. From Human Design to somatic healing to all things woo and spirituality, holistic health, self-love, and my personal favourite - manifestation...we’re covering it all here.
A space for real, unfiltered conversations around breaking free from the conditioning that holds you back, reclaiming your power, and living life YOUR way.
Between chatting with incredible guests or riffing on personal insights, you’ll leave with something to think about, feel or try in your own life.
Do all good things really come to an end?
We’ve all heard it: nothing lasts forever, everything is impermanent, don’t get attached. But what if that’s only part of the story?
In this episode, I open up about a limiting belief I’ve carried most of my life: “good things don’t last for me.” I share how it’s shown up in my relationships, my finances, my health, and even the pets I’ve loved and lost, and how a recent conversation with my mentor finally brought it into focus.
We get into:
Why “everything is impermanent” isn’t the whole truth
How outsourcing safety, security, and validation keeps us from feeling whole
Why affirmations fall flat when your brain has years of “proof” against them
How to reprogram a belief by going back to universal truths
If you’re in a season where something good has ended, this one is for you. Listen more than once.

Ep. 57 - Maybe You're the Negative One
What if the people and situations that trigger you are actually showing you something about yourself?
In this episode, I’m diving into the Law of Reflections (yes, again) and a very real reflection that has been showing up in my relationship with my mom.
I dive into:
• the Law of Reflection and how to recognize your triggers as information
• why taking responsibility for what you're creating isn't the same as blaming yourself
• how your past experiences can shape what you believe is possible now
• Gate 13 and the shadow of pessimism
• the higher expression of Gate 13: listening, witnessing, learning from experience and turning knowledge into wisdom
• the Law of Focus and why what you repeatedly focus on continues to show up
• how shifting your internal reality can change the way you experience other people
• using Human Design as a tool for understanding the parts of yourself you might otherwise judge
• moving from pessimism, doubt and spiraling back into trust, balance and alignment

Ep. 56 - Are You Actually Enjoying Your Life?
What if the things showing up in your body and your life are actually reflecting where you’re not allowing yourself to be nourished by life?
In this episode, we’re talking about something that sounds simple - actually enjoying your life - but there’s a lot more to it than you might think.
I’m sharing how reflections can show up when we’re not experiencing enough joy, pleasure, fun, or fulfillment, and some of the surprising ways I’ve seen this play out in my own life - from sugar cravings and digestion issues to feeling disconnected from my intuition.
We also get into the Law of Focus and how constantly focusing on what’s going wrong can keep you stuck in a cycle of seeing more of the same. I share what I’ve been practicing to shift that pattern, and how intentionally looking for what’s good has changed the way I experience my days.
And then I give you a simple practice you can actually do to start shifting your life in real time.
In this episode:
• How reflections can reveal where you’re not feeling fulfilled
• Why cravings can be about more than food
• The connection between nourishment and fulfillment
• How the Law of Focus can work for or against you
• Why we can get so caught up in “healing” that we forget to actually live
• A simple way to start embodying more of the life you actually want - now
