A father's arduous journey from his head to his heart!
Trauma-informed fatherhood coach, Alex Flores, shares his journey through a lifetime of complex trauma and suicidal ideation to somatic work through the breath. Breathwork was where he found his heart crack open for the first time and therein began a profound healing journey.
He turned his experience in early childhood education working with children and families and his own personal struggle, into his life purpose to guide father's. He helps father's build deep connections with their children and families by deepening their connection to themselves.

Remembering Your Divine Birthright with Lindsey Meehleis
This first episode of Guided Home Podcast is so incredibly exciting as I sit with my beautiful friend and birth shaman/midwife, Lindsey Meehleis!
We delve right in and talk about her sacred initiation into becoming a midwife through her very own first birth experience, how throughout history (or rather, "her"story) women have been eliminated as a central figure in the community as the medicine women, midwives, and wisdom keepers. And, there is a plot twist....Lindsey has a couple babies that were deciding whether or not to make their way earthside during our conversation! You don't want to miss this! If you enjoyed what you heard, please share this podcast, like, and subscribe!! 🏡 ❤️🔥
