What if the things you feel ashamed of are not the things that need to be fixed?
Shame and embarrassment can quietly shape the way we move through the world. They can make us smaller, quieter, and more careful, teaching us to hide parts of ourselves, hold back our feelings, and shape ourselves around expectations of who we think we are supposed to be.
In this guided meditation, Unbound: Transforming Shame Into Inner Freedom, you'll be invited to gently explore the shame, embarrassment, and fear that may have limited you—not to judge these feelings, but to understand what they have been protecting and what they may have kept you from experiencing.
In this meditation, you'll be guided to:
recognize the ways shame and embarrassment may have shaped you
notice the expectations and judgments you may have internalized
explore what you have learned to hide or hold back
acknowledge the protective role these patterns may have played
mourn what these bindings may have kept you from experiencing
begin releasing what no longer needs to hold you back
Shame may have taught you to hide your inner fire.
But it never extinguished it.
You don't need to burn yourself away to become free.
You can simply begin to release the bindings that taught you to hide who you are.

The Art of Slowing Down: A Meditation for Rest
What if you don't need to keep moving?
We can become so accustomed to the momentum of everyday life that slowing down can feel almost impossible. Even when our bodies stop, our minds may continue racing—replaying the past, anticipating the future, and thinking about everything that still needs to be done.
In this guided meditation, The Art of Slowing Down: A Meditation for Rest, you'll be invited to step out of that momentum for a little while. Like bringing a car traveling at 100 miles an hour to a complete stop, you'll create enough space to breathe, become aware, and simply be.
In this meditation, you'll be guided to:
step away from the momentum of everyday life
settle your body and quiet the mind
create space to simply be, without needing to accomplish anything
notice what has been driving your thoughts and actions
reconnect with the present moment
give yourself permission to rest and pause
Sometimes, we don't need to know where we're going next.
We simply need to stop long enough to see where we are.
And from that stillness, we can choose where to go from here.

Creating Together: A Meditation on Co-Creation
What if you are never creating alone?
We often think of our lives as something we create individually. But every relationship, interaction, and community we participate in gives us an opportunity to create something together.
In this guided meditation, Creating Together: A Meditation on Co-Creation, you'll be invited to explore what you bring into the spaces you share with others—not by controlling what happens, but by becoming more conscious of how you respond, participate, and connect.
Even through news and social media, our attention and reactions become part of the world we are collectively creating.
In this meditation, you'll be guided to:
recognize how you are constantly co-creating with others
notice what you bring into your relationships and interactions
pause and respond consciously rather than simply react
explore the power of your attention and participation
consider what you want to contribute to the world around you
You cannot control what others bring into the space between you.
But you can choose what you bring.
And perhaps co-creation begins with one simple question:
What am I helping create?
