Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to storytelling, strategic development, and championing artists through every stage of their growth.She currently serves as a Promotions Coordinator at Red Light Management, a role that marks a meaningful full-circle moment in her career, working within a company that represents artists she has long admired—including Switchfoot and The Fray. In addition to her work in promotions, Patricia curates live music experiences and writers’ rounds, including involvement with iconic Nashville songwriting events such as Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival. She also co-manages rising Nashville-based country artist Byrdie Wilson, helping shape both her creative direction and industry presence.</p><p><br></p><p>With a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, TV, and Film and a minor in Journalism, Patricia blends creative instinct with decades of hands-on industry experience. Her work has supported a wide range of talent, including figures such as Former Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke and country artist Ryan Weaver, and she has collaborated with artists like Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Ignacio Peña.Alongside her professional work, Patricia is a writer currently developing her memoir, Look Up, which chronicles her journey through a double breast cancer diagnosis, multiple surgeries, and a profound spiritual and emotional transformation. Today, They have the privilege of raising Their family in the city they love while serving the church and community that have shaped so much of their story.Andrew's greatest passion is helping people grow into the fullness of who God created them to be. As a pastor, much of his life is spent teaching, discipling, developing leaders, and helping others discover how the gospel transforms every area of life. He is deeply convinced that the local church is God's primary instrument for bringing hope, restoration, and renewal to the world.Andrew has always been a lifelong learner. Walking With Jesus With Kaedan Ross
<p>Welcome back to another episode of Guided Faith, im your host Jenna Allen and i met Kaedan through a mutual friend through the community group i get to go to sometimes. </p><p>Kaedan wrote a song called Walking On Water that blew me away and i knew i needed to bring him onto the show Kaedan is a young aspiring artist passionate about music and Jesus Christ! He came to faith in Sunday school at a young age and ever since he has been growing closer to his Heavenly Father, along with the goal of glorifying Him in all things! Kaedan aims to reflect Christ in his music and use it as a means to share the Good News with the world!
