EP.29 8/7國際大事：裴洛西訪問台灣、中國發動實彈演習
雖然這次裴洛西訪問台灣與中國軍演讓整個局勢躍上了國際版面，但是我們從國際資金的流動與各國與國際組織的發言聲明，就可以發現各方認定中國並不會把局勢帶往戰爭的方向，這跟1996年台海危機有著非常大的不同。 也就是說這次的事件事前已經溝通過，中美雙方都可以預測得到對方的立場跟行動，確實非常符合拜登政府一再強調的可預期性以及危機控制。 這次的事件有助於台灣與中國政府強化自身政權，藉由外力強力整合國內的各種聲浪，更能夠鞏固政府的權力中心，對於接下來的權力分配與施政有著非常大的幫助。相較之下，美國國內對於裴洛西的訪問等外交問題並沒有太多的關注，而是將焦點放在經濟問題之上，民主黨的支持狀況仍然是非常低落。 追蹤國際泡麵館：https://www.facebook.com/IntlRamen 寫信給我們：Intlramenpodcast@gmail.com

EP.28 7/30國際大事：拜習電話會議、中俄外長會談
電話拜習會已經舉行了5次，但是實體拜習會卻還沒舉行過，拜登上任之後已經成功跟歐洲、俄國以及其他重要國家的元首或行政首長會面，對於拜登政府而言，實體拜習會必須要舉行，否則就會被國內視作外交不順，在聲望上大打折扣。畢竟前朝川普政府已經多次舉辦了實體川習會，而且還做出了大量的實質政策，先不論這些政策的影響，搓合兩國元首會面才能夠反映出，拜登主張以溝通對話等外交手段解決問題的根本立場。 追蹤國際泡麵館：https://www.facebook.com/IntlRamen 寫信給我們：Intlramenpodcast@gmail.com
