中国の「タリバン＝国際テロ組織化=イスラム教は悪」論理誘引と自国のウィグル弾圧正当化容疑
今回のアフガニスタン情勢への中国の関与が取り沙汰されていますね。 では、中国がアフガニスタンに強く関与するメリットとは何でしょうか？ 今回はこれについて考察してみました。 一般的に言われているのは 「中国はアフガンの金、レアメタル、銅などの地下資源が目当て」 という見方ですね。これに次のようなコンセプトが加わったらそれこそ「一粒で二度美味しい」アフガンになるのでは？ タリバンが中国の進める「一帯一路」構想への関与を強く求めているという情報があります。またタリバンは現時点でIMFなどから資金凍結を受けて歳入の目処が立たず、大麻の輸出などでは到底これを補填できないことから、これまで米国に依存していた国家歳入の多くを誰に賄ってもらうかパトロンを探していると言われています。 これを奇貨とした中国が、多額の財政支援と引き換えに タリバン暫定政権リストに国際テロ組織であるハッカーニー・ネットワークからリーダーを含む数人入閣させるようパキスタンを通じて強く教唆 ⇩ G7初め世界各国は、国際テロ組織のリーダーが暫定政権に入っていることに対して嫌悪、タリバン政権を国際テロ組織を支援するものとしてレッテル化 ⇩ タリバン＝国際テロ組織＝イスラム教は悪という図式を構築 ⇩ 中国ロシア国内のイスラム教徒であるウィグル、チェチェンに対する施策・弾圧の大義名分化 ⇩ 全世界からの非難をかわし、弾圧行為を正当化 させるシナリオを計画・実行しようとしていたらどうでしょう？ 少し穿ちすぎた見方かもしれませんが、可能性はゼロではないと思われます。 今回もここまでお読みくださり、ありがとうございます。 引き続きよろしくお願い申し上げます。
