第50回【川村若菜さん（パーマカルチャーデザインラボ共同代表）、大村淳さん（パーマカルチャーデザインラボ共同代表）】食べられる森のつくりかた
<p>今年度グリジャが手がける自然を感じられる園庭デザインの勉強とNURFのリニューアルの勉強にパーマカルチャーデザインラボが手がける浜松にあるフォレストガーデンにお邪魔しました。とにかく気持ちが良くて感性が研ぎ澄まされ、いろんなマインドシフトができる時間でメンバーみんな感動。</p><p><br></p><p>まず森に入る前に若菜ちゃんのガイドで「目を閉じて、聞こえる音を5つ以上見つけてください」「太陽の位置は？風の吹く方は？」と朝起きてからここまで一度も使わなかった感性を準備体操で呼び起こします。</p><p><br></p><p>その後、森の構造を教えてもらいながらひとつひとつ森の風景を紐解き、その構造をガーデンに落とし込むとどうなるのか？を実際に見せてもらいました。</p><p><br></p><p>今回はそのツアーの後にパーマカルチャーデザインラボのお二人にインタビューをした模様をお届けします。</p><p><br></p><p>観察がいかに大事かということ。その植物がなぜそこに存在してるのか。きちんと意味を読み解いて介入しないと手助けではなく、破壊になってしまうかもしれない。「こうすればいい」というテンプレではなく「観察」して、自分で解を見つけていくこと。</p><p><br></p><p>何から何まで大興奮なおはなし！</p><p><br></p><p>どうぞお楽しみください。</p>

第49回【飯尾うららさん（東別院暮らしの朝市主宰）】食べることは生きること
<p>2/14に映画「食べることは生きること〜アリスウォータースのおいしい革命〜」の上映会と飯尾うららさんのトークショーを開催しました。今月はそのトークショーの模様をお届けします。</p><p><br></p><p>生産者として、マルシェを手がける者として、飲食店として、３つの立場からのお話をたっぷりと伺いました。映画の中で「はしり、旬、なごり」の時期によって味が変わるというのが出てきたのですが、それを味わうには「推し農家を作ると良い」といううららさん。</p><p><br></p><p>ファーマーズマーケットでの「推し農家」との出会い方、ファーマーズマーケットってどんな場所というお話から、「農業をやっていると自我を出すのではなく、あるがままを受け入れるということを大事にするようになった。そうすると運が良くなった！」というお話まで。</p><p><br></p><p>「ひと手間をかけると料理は本当に美味しくなる！」という言葉もとても心に残りました。今日からの暮らしを大事にしたくなるヒントがたくさん詰まった回です。ぜひ、お楽しみください！</p><p><br></p>
