<p>We interview Iowa Western Community College Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator - James Bankhead just finished his 24th year in Basketball Coaching. He previously before the last two years was a member of the coaching staff on the Boys side of the ball. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him as he coaches the young ladies at Iowa Western. We talked about his career points, his goal in being the Recruiting Coordinator and the focus of the Rievers program in this COVID19 Pandemic time. We also touched on what newcomers and returners were going to make a splash for the team next season. Also talked over what a JUCO College Scholarship might look like, talked about facilities at the school and what they have to offer a recruit.</p>

Which girls are gonna be key returners, which new recruits to watch out for and his philosophy and goal for the program as the Recruiting Coordinator.
