I dagens åbenhjertige afsnit fortæller Abdel bl.a. om hvad der fik ham til at springe ud på tv, hvordan han stadig oplever steder i Danmark, hvor det er skamfuldt at være homoseksuel, og også om at diversiteten i tv-branchen har det svært i 2022. Han er samtidig en mand med en mission og en meget vigtig en af slagsen.
