Gemeinsam mit Dr. Heinke Adamczewski, Diabetologin aus Köln, sprechen wir darüber, was diese Diagnose eigentlich bedeutet, wie häufig sie vorkommt und was es während sowie nach der Schwangerschaft zu beachten gibt.Außerdem thematisieren wir, welche möglichen Folgen Schwangerschaftsdiabetes für Mutter und Kind haben kann – und warum ein bewusster Umgang damit so wichtig ist.

<p>Die erste Folge beschäftigt sich mit der Diagnostik im ersten Schwangerschaftsdrittel, auch Ersttrimesterscreening genannt, und dem NIPT, dem Bluttest auf bestimmte Chromosomenstörungen, u.a. Trisomie 21 (Down-Syndrom). </p>
