Propaganda - Pitbull'lar hakkında gerçekler
Başıboş köpek sorunu bir dip dalga gibi büyüyor. Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, dünya üzerinde bireysel silahlanmanın en yüksek olduğu ülke. Küçük Silah Anketi adlı araştırma kuruluşunun yaptığı çalışmalarda ortaya çıkan sonuçlara göre ülke çapında şahıslarda bulunan, tabanca ve tüfek gibi ruhsatlı ateşli silah sayısı 393 milyon. Haliyle ateşle silahla vurulma sonucu ölümlerin en çok yaşandığı ülke Amerika. Ülkede işlenen cinayetler, tüm suçların 3’te birini oluşturuyor. Ortalama bir tabancanın 200 dolar, ortalama bir tüfeğin ise 1500 dolar olduğu ülkede 2020 yılında en az 45 bin 200 kişi ateşli silahlarla vurulma sonucu hayatını kaybetti. Bunlardan yaklaşık 19 bin 400'ünün cinayete kurban gittiği, diğerlerinin ise intihar ya da kaza ile hayatını kaybettiği belirtiliyor.
