What if your pause isn’t a setback, but an invitation from God?
In this episode of Leadership for the Soul, we explore the purpose in the pause and why slowing down can be essential to becoming an effective leader. Every season has its own rhythm, and sometimes moving forward requires us to stop, listen, and realign.
We’ll discuss how the pause:
• Helps you find the right rhythm for your current season
• Creates the boundaries needed to protect what matters most
• Invites you to release control and become still before God
Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am God.” Stillness isn’t inactivity. It is accepting God’s invitation to trust Him, listen for His direction, and stop carrying everything as though it depends entirely on you.
Your pause has a purpose. It may be where God restores your rhythm, strengthens your boundaries, and prepares you for what comes next.

What Are You Chasing?
