<p>In deze zomerserie van Haagse Bluf praat host Robin Rotman met jonge ondernemers over duurzaamheid, diversiteit, betekenisvol werk en financiële zekerheid. Te gast in deze aflevering: Juriën Kester, directeur van Tuincentrum Ockenburgh. Op zijn 25e nam hij het familiebedrijf over. Na reizen door Indonesië en Silicon Valley koos hij bewust voor de zaak van zijn ouders, met een nieuwe koers: van 'woonwinkel' naar een natuur- en tuincentrum dat regeneratief onderneemt.</p><p>Juriën vertelt hoe hij impact maken voorop zet, van yoga en ademhalingssessies voor medewerkers tot inclusieve teams en samenwerking met o.a. de gemeente Den Haag (denk aan regentonnen en groene projecten). <p>In deze zomerserie van Haagse Bluf slaan we de handen ineen met Doorpakkers, een initiatief van Nederlandse bedrijven in samenwerking met VNO-NCW met als doel het bedrijfsleven en Gen Z dichter bij elkaar te brengen.</p><p>Onze host Robin Rotman gaat in gesprek met jonge ondernemers over thema’s die Gen Z bezighouden: duurzaamheid, diversiteit, betekenisvol werk en financiële zekerheid. In deze aflevering ontmoet hij Hans Drijver, medeoprichter van Heroyam – een sociale arbeidsbemiddelaar die Oekraïense vluchtelingen, statushouders en asielzoekers helpt aan werk in Nederland.</p><p>Hans vertelt hoe een spontaan idee tijdens de oorlog in Oekraïne uitgroeide tot een snelgroeiende organisatie met een duidelijk maatschappelijk doel én een duurzaam verdienmodel.
