En esta oportunidad el suscrito defensor, hace oposición rotunda a la solicitud del señor fiscal tendiente a qué se le imponga a dos ciudadanos medida de aseguramiento Privativa de la libertad en esta establecimiento Carcelario, el delito Tráfico y/o porte de estupefacientes agravado, en esta oportunidad no se ataca la inferencia razonable de autoría, más sin embargo si se atacan los fines constitucionales de la medida de aseguramiento, haciendo alusión adicional al tes de ponderación y a los postulados no desarrollados por el señor juez como lo fueron la razonabilidad, proporcionalidad, necesidad, urgencia, excepcionalidad, y progresividad en relación con las medidas de aseguramiento.

ALEGATOS DE CONCLUSIÓN EN AUDIENCIA DE JUZGAMIENTO DELITO DE VIOLENCIA INTRAFAMILIAR AGRAVADO
En esta oportunidad el suscrito defensor interviene en audiencia de Juzgamiento (alegatos de conclusión), en dónde se estaba investigando la conducta punible de violencia intrafamiliar agravada, no acogió la judicatura los argumentos del suscrito y el sentido del fallo fue condenatorio, se espera la audiencia de lectura de sentencia para interponer recurso de apelación ante el honorable tribunal superior de medellín.
