<p>Jill Wick ist Security Awareness Consultant bei der Infoguard in der Schweiz und Wirtschaftspsychologin mit Fokus auf Social Engineering und menschliche Faktoren in der Cybersecurity. Sie hilft Unternehmen dabei, Security Awareness wirksam zu machen: Mit Psychologie, Engagement und Formaten, die Menschen erreichen. Außerdem bringt sie über zwölf Jahre Erfahrung in der Kreditkartenbetrugsprävention und Cybercrime-Analyse mit und ist durch ihre Social-Media-Inhalte einem breiteren Publikum bekannt. </p><p>Gemeinsam gehen wir der Frage nach, warum Menschen eigentlich „klicken" – und welche psychologischen Mechanismen dahinterstehen, etwa intermittierende Belohnung und digitale Gewohnheitsbildung. Dabei gehen wir auf das spannende Feld Awareness-Gamification ein und erläutern die Frage, wie Menschen nachhaltig für Sicherheitsverhalten sensibilisiert werden können. </p><p>Außerdem diskutieren wir kritisch den Begriff „Awareness“: Warum sie keine Firewall ist, was echte Security Awareness tatsächlich bedeutet und welche Prozesse, Strukturen und Rahmenbedingungen es braucht, damit sie im Unternehmen wirksam und konform umgesetzt werden kann.</p>
