Podcast Overview

I am a Composer of contemporary classical (acoustical) music, with focus on symphonies, chamber music, and vocal music. Through my music I hope to offer the listener tools to develop/expand consciousness of perception, contribute to rising awareness of intellectual impressions, emotions and thoughts as well as origins of music, which for me express joy of existence. My music has deep roots in a tradition where the melody is a qualitative concept. Therefore music’s role and usability is for me primary and quest for originality, secondary. Still, when striving for the highest quality, and searching for new ways to combine “old” material, I believe that my music, as a result, speaks with a unique language. Building large forms from conceptual ideas is among my strongest abilities.
