孤獨而自在｜睽卦｜得來不易 #4 有些易經的卦，一看名字就令人害怕，但當你理解後，他裡面似乎又藏著一種遼闊的祝福，例如今天要聊的睽卦。
這個卦開頭講同在一處、卻心向異方。也象徵著看到人們相同的地方，才會看到相異之處，所謂「有認同才有隔閡」。這種情況下，相左的力量，小事還是做得成，可是遇到大事，就可能會遭遇分離。在感情上，也有種對的時間錯的人的無奈感。
一次次的告別，最終讓你看見，其實沒有什麼是非要誰不可得。當你與這個世界不斷地分離、持續與過往依賴的力量告別，你會理解，自己與世界的關係不必張牙舞爪，在陰陽衝撞之際，天會給你一場大雨。
下雨或許會不舒服，但雨並不會一直下。緣分聚攏時，你無從抵抗，緣盡散去，我們也只能懂得欣賞，於是你慢慢成為一個孤獨而自在的人。
這是睽卦給我的提醒。

如何以此肉身好好活著｜S2EP91 養生對我而言，就是你怎麼活在這個世界上？怎麼活得更好？把身體顧好，很合理的是第一步。
找尋養生之道的路上，我試了道家的靜坐，也在自己專業的儒家裡面找解答，最近還看了瑜伽的經典。
或許冥想靜坐，未必只能追求思緒完全清明，與腦內風暴相伴也是修行，也能自在。

正是時候來迷惘｜S2EP90 最近我在品味迷惘。
迷惘的開頭，其實是源自兩個人生清單的願望突然達成了。達成後，我反問自己，我們到底以什麼姿態在生命中前進？目標提供的幸福感，而追求中的困難提供意義感嗎？
還是說，其實有些夢想，我想要直接達成呢？回到課堂上，其實我們很難告訴學生，生命的意義是什麼。不過換個方向思考，或許找不到生命的意義，並非一件壞事。
我自己的話，在腦袋失去意義的時候，我會問問身體。身體會有答案，歡迎你試試看。
