I Hallingcast episode #12 møter vi prosessledernettverket i en "meta type" produksjon. De innleder med å intervjue hverandre én til én – som en del av samlingens arbeidsoppgave i Reodor Felgens Verksted på Torpomoen – og avslutter med en felles evaluering av hva en slik oppgave kan bidra med, inn i et prosessledernettverk sine metoder og teknikker. Prosessledernettverket (PLN) er et nettverk for prosessledere som brenner for å dele erfaringer og lære nye metoder, teknikker og teori innen fasilitering. Nettverket bygger på læring i praksis – både fysisk og digitalt. Det vil si at metoder, teknikker, teori blir anvendt og testet på deltakerne/medlemmene selv gjennom 2 årlige samliger.
