<p>Compassie is een woord dat mensen nog steeds als een beetje zweverig zien, wat mensen lastig vinden. Terwijl het staat vanuit het Latijn voor ‘samen struggelen’. In plaats van tegen onszelf, in plaats van tegen elkaar juist de krachten te bundelen en samen vooruitgaan. Dit in combinatie met het belang van sturen op mens en resultaat. Monique heeft zelf jarenlang binnen commerciële, resultaatgerichte productiebedrijven gewerkt. Daar werd op kennis en kunde gestuurd, op de eindresultaten én de omzet, maar vergaten nog wel eens de mens mee te nemen. Anderzijds ziet Monique met name in de zorg en het onderwijs dat de mens heel erg centraal staat, maar op een moment dat het schuurt en er conflicten komen de verantwoordelijkheden nog wel eens worden ontlopen. Dit zijn allemaal eigenschappen waar bedrijven mee struggelen. Net als met conflicten op de werkvloer en het behouden en aantrekken van de nieuwe generatie. "Het is een mindset shift die we met ons allen willen creëren," aldus Monique. In deze podcast praat Monique bevlogen over al deze onderwerpen met Hans Hissink van 'Hallo, hier Achterhoek!'.</p>
