I’ve always been someone who could never go out by myself and my worst fear was being perceived by others. Honestly the thought of eating alone also made me sick to my stomach and I’m sure I’m not the only one who deals with this. In this episode I give some tips on how to get over the anxiety of doing things alone and also share some things that helped me to be comfortable in my own company and my own thoughts.
