Topics will vary greatly in this series as I discuss anything related to 'Hands and Hammer' including massage, blacksmithing, woodworking, and while I'm at it anything else I may want to talk about. I will always try to be mindful of the current science, and not make big claims with just a rudimentary understanding of physics or chemistry. The host explores balancing scientific principles with an interest in less conventional practices, emphasizing the importance of understanding research methodologies.
