[…] So instead of starting with, we've got regulatory approval, where should we sell it? That seems to be the old playbook. What you want to be doing is starting with the outcome. i.e what has to be true for somebody to adopt this technology and then work backwards i.e who have the problem how significant is it who benefits from solving it who pays who decides who can block the decision what behavior needs to change what evidence removes their uncertainty you know i've done lots of podcasts on this i'm not going to go for everything because only when you've answered all those questions that then allowed you to remove that adoption friction and then you know what you can do that is when you then start thinking about how are we going to sell it and that's a completely different sequence you're not starting with regulatory and then adding everything on all those things i've just mentioned you should be doing it at at the same time when you're doing your regulatory.
