This podcast is all about the real athlete experience — from youth sports and high school, to recruiting, college athletics, and beyond — with honest convos and plenty of laughs.</p><p><br></p><p>In our first episode, we are joined by two of the best to ever wear Catalyst teal: Brooke Holmes (St. Cloud State University infielder) and Bree Holmes (University of Wisconsin–La Crosse pitcher). We talk about their journeys from Catalyst to college softball, what they wish they knew during recruiting, how they have grown as athletes and people, their academic and athletic goals and success, and what makes each sister different.
