Feminine Energy with Martha Arredondo from Somos Yoga

Hey there, my love :) I hope you are having a wonderful day. In this episode, I will interview my yoga teacher, Martha Arredondo, founder and CEO of the yoga community Somos Yoga in Katy, TX.  For Women's Day and Women's Month, I wanted to bring someone who could talk about what it is to be in the feminine energy, how to lead as a woman, and how to embrace our feminine power. Martha is a great role model of how it is to love to be a woman. I thought it was the perfect person to explain and teach us to be in the power of our divine feminine energy without social prejudice.   THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT; PLEASE LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, AND SHARE IF YOU LIKE MY CONTENT :) SHOP MY PLANNERS AND JOURNALS  Manifest Your Dream Life Planner https://laurarodz.com/products/manifest-your-dream-life Money Mindset Journal  Purposeful Goal Planner   Self Confidence Planner Yoga Printable Journal   Ultimate Life Planner   Where you can find me every day: Website: Instagram: Youtube: Facebook: Pinterest: BLOGS: Daily Gratitude As a Tool For Personal Growth Harmony Within: The Power of Holistic Practices

s2. Ep.5 Being Ready to Heal Trauma

HOLA my love!  In this episode, I talk about readiness. when I was 18 years old, I started seeing a therapist but did not get any help. I then saw at least 10 more therapists before I actually committed myself to healing and improving in different areas of my life. Why did it take me to see 10 therapists? simple, I WAS NOT READY!  To change, or to improve an area of your life you need to be ready and willing to do the work. How many times have you created any or multiple new years resolutions but did not achieve them? Because you were not ready to commit, to do the work, and ultimately, you did not create a plan of action.  This podcast will guide you to get ready, will teach you tools to improve different areas of your life, and will also guide you and support you throughout your journey.  TE QUIERO, LAURA Find me:  IG: Happiness_and_purpse TIK TOK: @happinessandpurpose WEB: happinessandpurpose.com

S2. Ep.3 Be Your Own Life Coach

In this episode, I talk about how we many times made a strong connection with our therapists, life coaches, or counselors who we truly trust with all our issues that in the end, we become dependent on that person to be there for us, to guide us, help us and hear us.  My goal is for you to build that connection with yourself, for you to rely on yourself to heal and overcome whatever situation you may encounter.  In this episode, you will learn some tools to rely on yourself to be your own guru and life coach.    Find me: IG: @Happiness_and_purpose WEB: happinessandpurpose.com TIK TOK: @happinessandpurpose
