In the "first half" we hear from James about his journey from starting to playing hockey at school, through university and club before choosing to stop and turn his hand to golf and then padel as a way of enjoying his down time. Our "half time" this week looks at eye-movement desenitisation reprocessing therapy, and how this can be used to process past memories to change your story and association with your past. In the "second half" we hear more from James about his career in media, starting in sales, working on Top Gear and meeting the Stig and now looking at how websites and platforms take different approaches to generate revenues through advertising. James leaves us with his three “key take-aways" of: (1) do something you enjoy doing in your spare time (2) try padel! (3) actively monitor how you consume the news (and consider different media platforms).</p>
