In this episode of Happy Home Space Clearing Podcast, we explore something that lives in every home yet is rarely discussed in depth: the emotional and energetic meaning behind the physical things we keep.
My guest is Heather, a Life Declutter Strategist from Canada, who helps people clear clutter not only from their homes but also from their minds, bodies, and souls. Together we dive into the deeper layers of decluttering and why the objects in our homes often hold powerful emotional stories.
Heather shares how clutter is rarely just about “stuff.” Instead, it often reflects unfinished chapters, emotional attachments, past identities, and the transitions we are moving through in life.
In this conversation we explore:
• Why some objects feel almost impossible to let go of
• How clutter can mirror what is happening in our inner world
• The energetic imprint objects can carry
• Why honoring the items we keep is essential
• The connection between mind, body, soul, and home when decluttering
• The emotional roots behind hoarding, minimalism, and clutter patterns
Heather also shares fascinating stories from her own journey into spiritual awareness, including synchronicities with dimes, intuitive sensing of objects, and how her work helping others declutter evolved from running a cleaning business to supporting people through deep personal transformation.
This episode beautifully bridges the energetic work of space clearing with the physical act of decluttering, showing how both are deeply connected when creating a harmonious home.
If you have ever looked around your space and wondered why certain items still linger, or why letting go can feel so emotional, this conversation will offer both insight and compassion.

Heather Clark knows your world because she lived it.
On the outside, she was a high-achiever who had it all. On the inside, she was chronically overwhelmed, running on fumes, and wearing her burnout like a badge of honour. She felt like she had lost herself somewhere between her ambition and her to-do list.
After trying almost every productivity hack and planner on the market, she finally realized the answer was not to add more, but to strategically let go. Heather built a framework to declutter her entire life across her MIND | BODY | SOUL | HOME. The result was not just a tidy house, but a profound return to clarity, peace, and energy. Her story is proof of what is possible, and she is passionate about helping other ambitious women find that same freedom.
