Wenn du ganz ehrlich hinschaust, vielleicht sogar, um die eine Erlaubnis oder Absolution einzuholen. </p> <p>Genau solch eine Erfahrung habe ich gerade gemacht. <p>In der heutigen Folge geht es um die Analogie der emotionalenn Zwiebel. Vllt kennst du das: Du hast ein Thema gelöst, vllt eine alte Wunde verschlossen und das ist ganz toll. Und dann merkst du....F***, da liegt noch etwas darunter, das Thema ist noch gar nicht "fertig".</p> <p>Feel you... durch eine neue Rolle, die ich gerade einnehme (NEWS*haha) kommen so einige Themen hoch. </p> <p>Wie du die Zwiebel angehen kannst und Frust vermeidest, darum geht es heute. </p> <p>Viel Spaß bei dieser persönlichen Folge ♥</p>

<p>Es gibt diese Situationen in denen wir uns einfach nur ablenken und nicht mehr darüber nachdenken wollen...</p> <p>Man könnte meinen dass sei keine sinnvolle STrategie und vielleicht denkst du jetzt: Das ist ja wie vor seinem Problem wegzulaufen. </p> <p>Ja und Nein. ;) Ich teile in dieser Folge meinen persönlichen Weg mit dir und eine Strategie, wie du Ablenkung sinnvoll für dich einsetzen kannst - ganz ohne dein Problem damit zu verdrängen.</p>
