Episode 2 – Setting Boundaries, finding the balance & our love/hate relationship with social media
This week we are talking about setting boundaries, both in work & personal life and how important this is to keeping a level head.
Tasha also talks about her experience with a Psychic & finding clarity on her direction, mainly in her love life.
Georgia discusses her love/ mostly hate relationship with social media as well as trying to find a balance with trusting that the universe has your back, whilst also keeping your long term vision on what you want to achieve.
What we do know is that we’ve got this, even if things don’t happen exactly as we would like them to.

Episode 6 - Let's get to know Tasha!
In this episode we shine the spotlight on one of our hosts – owner of Empowered with Natasha, Tasha.
Georgia delves deep in to Tasha’s story of how she got to where she is today, what makes her tick and offers you an insight in to her wonderful, lovely mind.
As we already know, Tasha is an open book. Ask her a question and she’ll answer before thinking or say things she shouldn’t or even better, say what we're all thinking but too scared to say.
We love her for who she is and who she is becoming. This is all about loving yourself first and realising you can do anything you want to.
G&T want you to know that you can manifest your dream life. All you need to do is believe it.
Lots of love, G&T x

We discuss our full moon rituals as when we were recording it was the weekend of the full moon. The joys of turning 33 and 27.
Also on the agenda for todays episode. The EPIC program that was It’s a Sin. If you haven’t already, watch it. It is one of the most powerful shows we’ve seen on TV in a long time!
As always we end on a quote from the Big Man, Tony Robbins.

Episode 4 - The loaded topic - Women's Health & The Healthcare System
In this episode we discuss our weeks and how things have been feeling a little bit heavier recently. Do you ever feel like you're walking into a brick wall sometimes? Well that’s how lockdown is making us feel at the moment.
We proceed to go on a bit of a rant. Be warned, we hold nothing back but we would like to put a little disclaimer out there that we have nothing but love & appreciation for the NHS and we are so lucky to have the health services that we do.
Georgia & Tash discuss all things health, with Georgia training in health coaching, this has sparked conversations on our experiences with doctors and hospitals. From IBS, Endo, collapsed lungs, being on the pill. To being diagnosed with HPV and feeling like you have no idea what is going on with your body.
We also chat about the pressures on women to be the responsible one when it comes to having protected sex and the lack of responsibility from men when it comes to wearing / carrying condoms. (Oh yes, we went there)
We go deep guys. But this is what the podcast is all about, it's about having open & honest conversations about our stories and letting you know that it's ok to speak up about how you think and feel. You know your body better than anyone else, so don’t be afraid to speak up, ask questions on what you are being prescribed or being told AND it's always worth getting a second opinion.
As always, we end the podcast on a lighter note, discussing Firefly Lane, podcasts we’ve been listening too, a new meditation we’ve both tried out this week and books we’ve been reading.
As Tony Robbins says,
“Your brain is not designed to make you happy. That’s your job”
We would love to know your stories and experiences in healthcare and if you related to anything we spoke about, please feel free to drop us a message. We would love to hear from you and also know that we're not alone in this.

Episode 3 - January, Lockdown Life and the Full Moon!
This episode we talk all things January, our emotions & the ups and downs of life in lockdown. Oh and the full moon....because we're both getting more and more spiritual.
Also mentioned is Tasha's fake tan disaster. Fake tan on the face + tears... Didn't end well.
We delve deep in to self sabotage, negative self talk and blocking out the negative naysayers.
As always we are open, honest & 100% ourselves.
We are both on a journey of self discovery and we would love to hear your stories too.
Ending the podcast on a lighter note, we discuss the epic Pixar movie; Soul. We're asking the question, where has Jake Gyllenhall gone? And yes, we bring it up AGAIN... Bridgerton. 82 million households people.
We send you all nothing but love & positivity and as Tony Robbins says:
"The only problem we really have is we think we're not supposed to have problems, but problems call us to a higher level. Face them and solve them now."

Episode 2, Money Mindset & because we are all talking about it....Bridgerton.
This episode goes deep in to Money Mindset, how we have both been working through our money blocks and trying to push through the barriers to get our businesses to where we want them. We can do this.
As Tony Robbins says, we need to get our money to work for us, not to be constantly working for our money. "Making money your slave instead of being a slave to money.” We love you Big T.
Tasha gets open about previous past experiences as we talk about Bridgerton. Let's just say, she's feeling open.
Bridgerton has stirred something up in us all.
Aswell as laughs and random gossip in between this Podcast is a juicy one. We can't wait to hear what you think. Like, follow & share with your friends.
