Listen to ordinary, extraordinary people answer the question, "What makes you happy?" Simple, joyful and surprisingly reflective, each episode explores both what unites us and what makes us distinct from each other by focusing on our happiness. Fed up of #s? It's a bit of fun reminding us happiness, like a #, is always temporary; we're always changing. The #happydaysproject says let's share happiness here, and whenever we can.
“Weird is the key to happiness.”
Glastonbury. Relationships. Routine. Unemployment. This was recorded in 2017 but in some ways it feels straight out of 2021 – funny how even though we think things change a lot, somehow they also don’t. Strap in friends, it’s another one recorded outdoors – embrace the soundscape and go for a walk yourself, while on your journey with Nina and I.

#happydaysproject - OLIVIA
“Imagine just being in a festival...surrounded by people…flat gin and tonic…there’s a faint smell of sun cream…”
Community, “moon worship woo-woo”, mind chatter, finishing projects, men in good jumpers: today, Olivia and I run through all the important topics. A delicious episode to smile along to – forgive the tech quality (big thanks to Olivia for dealing with it!). Enjoy enjoy enjoy – maybe on your way to the pub?

#happydaysproject - CHLOE
“Some kids talk about sunshine in their stomachs.”
We’re back in the Surrey countryside, this time out for a walk with Chloe and chatting about manic family parties, food, and climbing Sugarloaf mountain (with me!). Will we get a reprise of the sheep’s foot from Season 1, episode 4 with Tom? Only one way to find out.
Chloe mentions hygge – here’s some info: https://www.visitdenmark.com/denmark/highlights/hygge/what-hygge (https://www.visitdenmark.com/denmark/highlights/hygge/what-hygge)
