बशीर बद्र की गज़ल .... कोई शाम घर में रहा करो .... ऐसा लगता है जैसे किसी ऐसे पथिक की कहानी हो जो खुद की खोज में एक कभी न ख़त्म होने वाली यात्रा पर निकला हुआ है। शायद हम सभी में ये बंजारा पथिक कहीं न कहीं है जो मंज़िल को नहीं जानता..... जानता है तो सिर्फ चलना .....

होता है कभी कभी बस यूं ही तो ,
छूट रहा होता है कुछ कतरा कतरा करके.....
ज़िद होती है तब थाम लेने की वक़्त को शायद,
ख़ुद की क़ीमत पे, ख़ुद को फ़ना करके....
