Muhammad Ali Haqqan. He also studied at the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Sciences in Virigina – a branch of Al-Imam University of Riyadh. Haroon Baqai currently serves as the Principal of Dar-us-Salaam’s Al-Huda School in College Park, Maryland (USA), and the Director of Dar-us-Salaam’s full-time Hifzh (Qur’an memorization) School. He has produced a 9-CD set called “Ahlul Qur’an Gear”, a guide to memorizing short Surahs, and has authored a book titled “Let’s Beautify Our Recitation: A Complete Handbook of Tajweed.”
