[…] I don't know if you all remembered Virginia Hamilton, but she was a wonderful... novelist. And she wrote a novel called The House of Dias Dreher, which was about this kid who moves into a house with his family. And it turns out that there's part of a tunnel from the Underground Railroad in this house. And it seems to be haunted. And he's trying to figure out all these mysterious things. And one of the mysterious things is there's a trunk hanging from a the ceiling and part of this house. And it's a mystery of what's in there. And even after the mystery is solved, at the very end of the novel, it's still hanging there and it's unopened and you don't find out what's in it. […]
