------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. PROTECT THE GOSPEL OF GRACE.
?- Do I tend to shy away from God when I have sinned even though I have trusted Jesus as my Savior.?- Do I introduce gospel grace into discipline situations with my kids/grandkids?
2. KEEP THE GOSPEL OVER KEEPING THE PEACE.
?- Am I willing to lovingly share the truth of the gospel even though it may offend someone??- Am I sacrificing my gospel witness by encouraging a person’s religious pursuits even if those pursuits are not true to the gospel?
3. STAND 100% ON THE GOSPEL AND NOT ONE BIT ON WORKS.
?- Do I understand that the gospel isn’t just a “plan B” for sinful people??- Am I thinking that I can improve on the saving work of Christ by making myself even more appealing to God?

------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. CHOOSE GOD’S APPROVAL OVER PEOPLE-PLEASING.

2. TRUST THE GOSPEL OVER PEOPLE’S INSTRUCTIONS.
?- Am I living my life based on the truth I’ve read in God’s Word or based on what people have told me about God??- Where do I tend to get intimidated by ideas that slander the truth of God’s Word?
3. GLORIFY GOD WITH YOUR STORY OVER ELEVATING SELF.
?- Am I open with others about where I was headed before knowing Jesus as my Savior??- Am I more concerned that people might think poorly of me than I am that they know how God has changed me?

00:00 Intro 04:34 Galatians 1:6-907:10 Beware of False Gospels17:54 Beware Teaching a False Gospel 32:37 Checklist for Ensuring that I’m Sharing the True Gospel33:40 Closing
------------------------------------------------------------------------- BEWARE OF FALSE GOSPELS. (6-7)
True or False Essentials of the Gospel:• Everyone is sinful and separated from God.• People can do the right things that make them more appealing to God so that he will save them.• Jesus died on the cross as a payment for our sins and rose again.• The person who is trusting in Jesus alone for salvation can be saved.• Once saved, a Christian gets God to keep loving them more by avoiding sin.
BEWARE OF TEACHING A FALSE GOSPEL. (8-9)
Checklist for Ensuring that I’m Sharing the True Gospel.• Our Sin — We are guilty sinners separated from a holy God. • Christ's Identity — Jesus is the divine Son of God who became man and lived without sin. • Christ's Cross — Jesus died in our place, paying the penalty for our sins. • Christ's Resurrection — Jesus physically rose from the dead and offers eternal life. • Our Response — Salvation is God's gift, received through repentance and faith in Christ rather than earned by our works.
