Podcast Overview

We elect the District Attorney (DA) to speak for the victims of crimes and seek justice for them. But what happens when the DA won't fight for ALL victims? We are exploring plea deals in Travis County. The DA's office is hyper focused on prosecuting police and conservatives, pouring resources into those cases, but is not speaking for other victims and their families. Probation for killing people, murder charges dropped, light sentences agreed to without first consulting victims and their families are just some of the examples that begs the question "Has justice really been served?"
