Podcast Overview
<p>"Hashi Life" is the podcast that shows you how to have joy and wholeness while having an autoimmune disease. Hey! I'm Samy a homeschooling mama of 3 boys living with Hashimoto's disease. I experienced a lot of weight gain, brain fog, and depression in 2020 and doctors kept telling me it was normal caused by the pandemic and me probably having Hypothyroidism. Despite all my thyroid tests coming back normal, a doctor wanted me on a pill that she said 'might' help. Now I spend my days helping other mamas thrive in motherhood and their own personal journey despite having an autoimmune disease. It is for the person who is tired of being told that they need to eat less, workout more, and take pills for them to feel a little better. Welcome to my part of the world where you can have equal parts joy and energy while living with Hashimoto's disease with zero band-aid fix.</p>
