   Establishing Your Basecamp

What if success isn’t about chasing what you want—but becoming who you’re meant to be? In this episode Richard Andrew Salony explores the idea of establishing a personal “basecamp”: a grounded state of authenticity, purpose, mastery, service, humility, and generosity from which to approach life. Drawing on a journey from monastic life back into business and the modern world, this transmission offers a framework for discovering what makes you come alive, becoming exceptional at it, making your gifts relevant to others, and staying centered as success grows. The message is simple: change your world by changing yourself. Know who you are, serve the moment, stay humble—and have some style. SUMMARY The framework begins with authenticity. Before choosing a career, building a business, pursuing wealth, or attempting to change the world, you have to understand who you are. Society often teaches us to seek validation externally—to follow prescribed definitions of security, achievement, and success. The alternative is to rebuild trust in your own instincts and pay attention to what genuinely makes you come alive. The second step is mastery. Once you discover what you love, become exceptionally good at it. Study it deeply. Learn everything you can. Develop the capability to turn an authentic interest into a genuine gift. The third step is service and relevance. Talent alone isn't enough. You have to discover how your abilities can create meaningful value for other people. The talk describes competence through four qualities: efficiency, enthusiasm, style, and flexibility. Do something useful, bring real energy to it, express it in a distinctive way, and remain flexible enough to communicate your gift in a form that actually reaches people. From this perspective, prosperity and abundance aren't primarily about accumulation. They are about generating enough energy and resources to sustain and expand meaningful work. When authenticity, mastery, and relevance come together, success becomes less about pursuing external rewards and more about creating something valuable from who you genuinely are. But success introduces another challenge: ego. Recognition, praise, money, status, and attention can become intoxicating. The fourth element of the base camp is therefore humility—seeing yourself not as the ultimate source of your gifts, but as a steward or vessel through which something valuable can be expressed. Recognition can then be redirected toward service instead of becoming fuel for an endlessly hungry ego. The fifth element is circulation. What you receive—knowledge, resources, success, attention, opportunity—should continue moving. Digest it, use it, and then find ways to share it and nurture others. Rather than treating abundance as something to hoard, treat it as something that gains power through circulation. Underlying the entire framework is presence. Ambition and intention are powerful, but they can also pull us mentally into a future that doesn't yet exist. Instead of constantly sacrificing the present for some imagined destination, the challenge is to show up completely for whatever role and circumstance exists now—as a parent, partner, entrepreneur, friend, or leader. Serve the moment in front of you and trust that larger intentions can unfold through that process. And finally: be cool—and have some style.

Find Your Genius Through The Expression of Love

Richard Andrew Salony shares his concept of Eros as a manifestation of love and identity, highlighting the relationship between personal genius and the ability to express and receive love. The speaker begins with heartfelt acknowledgments to a cherished loved one, emphasizing the transformative power of love in one’s life. This deep connection is used as a foundation for exploring how love can be understood through a unique expression of genius, reframed as a frequency that requires tuning to fully embrace its essence. RAS posits five portals on the journey to discovering one's genius. Each portal represents a different power that enables individuals to realize, nurture, and share their unique gifts with the world. The first step is awakening this inner genius, which is often overshadowed by societal pressures and conformity. The speaker articulates a personal narrative reflecting on their experience with conformity and the struggle to reconnect with their innermost self. This journey, marked by a rejection of external validation, serves as a universal story for many who have felt the constraining influence of collective norms. The next portal emphasizes the importance of familiarization and mastery over one’s area of genius. The speaker encourages deep learning and commitment, advocating for a lifetime of growth and passion. They reflect on their own transformative decision to abandon a conventional career path, opting instead for introspection and meaningful exploration, revealing the darker realizations about wealth and societal expectations. The cultivation of one's talents is framed as not merely an academic pursuit but a profound journey towards self-discovery. Moving further into the discourse, the speaker introduces the third portal—relevance. This stage emphasizes the need to align personal genius with the world’s needs, capturing the notion that true expression must resonate with others. Four gifts are derived from this portal: competence, enthusiasm, flair, and flexibility, which are presented as essential qualities that can enhance one’s relevance in the world. The speaker shares stories of personal reinvention, illustrating how understanding and expressing one's genius can lead to unexpected opportunities and fruitful experiences. In the fourth portal, the conversation shifts to recognition, where success is framed not as a personal achievement but rather as a collective creative flow. The speaker shares life lessons learned from personal hardships, including a significant financial loss, which deepened their understanding of inherent value beyond material possessions. This recognition fosters humility and a sense of stewardship, reinforcing that accomplishments are meant to serve a greater good rather than feed personal ego. Concluding the lecture, the speaker shares a mantra—“in love, as love, for love”—that encapsulates the essence of living a life directed by love in all facets. This structure encourages mindfulness and intentionality in everyday actions. Ultimately, the lecture serves as both an intimate sharing of personal experiences and a broader call to action, urging each attendee to embrace their genius, recognize the gift of love, and journey towards a life that exemplifies this foundational principle.

New Year, New Ways of Being & Doing

Richard Andrew Salony know transformation, consciousness, along with business and investing success. In this transmission Richard introduces the Four Noble Truths articulated by Buddha as a foundational framework for understanding human suffering. They discuss the abstract nature of suffering, which encompasses not just physical pain but also deeper emotional struggles such as anxiety and self-doubt. Each noble truth is systematically detailed: the recognition of suffering, the exploration of its roots, the pathway to cessation through acceptance, and the transformative effect of living thoughtfully—integrating right intention with acceptance of reality. The audience is encouraged to reflect on their lives and how they relate to the teachings presented. Mr. Salony describes a transformative path toward grace that combines personal suffering with a greater understanding of self and universal connectivity. Through engaging anecdotes about collaborative projects in Bhutan aimed at creating a thriving and conscious community, the speaker illustrates real-world applications of these philosophical concepts in addressing contemporary social issues. Delving deeper, Richard outlines a series of initiations one might undergo on the path of spiritual growth, from the birth of new understanding to experiences of communion with the greater whole. Emphasis is placed on the interplay between intention and acceptance, suggesting that true progress comes from a state of surrender rather than from relentless striving. The session culminates in an invitation for participants to visualize their highest selves as they prepare to embrace the new year, encapsulating the themes of growth, acceptance, and the collective journey toward enlightenment. The talk resonates with many levels of meaning, calling for an integration of personal and collective consciousness as a means to elevate one's life purpose. It serves both as a historical reflection and a practical guide for individuals seeking fulfillment in a world increasingly dominated by superficiality and disconnect.

The Story of Hanukkah Told by Mikey Pauker

On Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/1WabgrpgKYaM1g2RKxIe5A?si=R_p0c1GZQXSPqhK0ZCF1vg (https://open.spotify.com/artist/1WabgrpgKYaM1g2RKxIe5A?si=R_p0c1GZQXSPqhK0ZCF1vg) Mikey Pauker (https://www.mikeypauker.com/) (pronounced pow-ker) is a Devotional Jewish Rock & Reggae artist based in Orange County, California. Described by TIME Magazine as one of “The 10 Stars of the New Jewish Music,” Mikey creates spiritually-infused music that blends rock, reggae, folk, and hip-hop with deep Jewish wisdom and prayer, sung in both English and Hebrew. A trailblazer in the Jewish Rock crossover movement, Mikey has built a global following by performing at both secular music festivals and Jewish spiritual gatherings. His vibrant performances have brought him to stages at Red Rocks, Bhakti Fest, Hullaween, ARISE, Envision, and Chant for Change on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. He has shared the stage with icons such as Matisyahu, Stephen Marley, Trevor Hall, Rebelution, Krishna Das, Toots & The Maytals, and Idan Raichel. His devotional artistry was recently featured by the Ram Dass Be Here Now Network, placing him in their Soul Land Music Series alongside artists like Mike Posner and Gone Gone Beyond. The Jewish Journal called Mikey “a rising voice in contemporary Jewish music, blending ancient mysticism with modern soundscapes.” The Times of Israel wrote: “But while Pauker may blend in with the new age scene, he calls upon ancient Jewish wisdom and attempts to reconcile in his music his own contemporary experience of life in the context of Jewish spirituality and ritual.” Mikey’s teachings have reached beyond music. After performing and being interviewed on the Aubrey Marcus Podcast in Austin, Texas, Aubrey shared, “Mikey Pauker is not only an amazing musician, but he taught me more about the mystical roots of Judaism than I’ve ever learned in my entire life.” In the wake of rising antisemitism and anti-Israel sentiments in the music world, he has spoken openly about the backlash he’s endured: “I’ve been canceled from multiple festivals in the past couple years. I’ve had a lot of artists sending death threats, hate messages,” he shared with The Jewish News of Northern California. “All I’ve been doing is putting my head down and just trying to move forward, but I can’t anymore. I need to tell people.” In 2025, Mikey filed a historic federal lawsuit against a Northern California retreat center that canceled his Hanukkah concert under pressure from anti-Zionist activists. The case, brought by the National Jewish Advocacy Center, argues that the cancellation violated his religious and civil rights. As one of the first federal cases addressing Zionist identity as a protected expression of Jewish faith, it is being watched as a potential landmark precedent in the fight against antisemitic discrimination. Currently studying in the Kol-Bo Rabbinic and Cantorial Ordination program at the Academy of Jewish Religion in New York, Mikey continues to expand his offerings as a spiritual leader, educator, and prayer facilitator. He has visited countless Jewish communities across denominations throughout the U.S. and abroad, leading uplifting worship, spiritual renewal workshops, and immersive chant experiences. In May 2025, Mikey returned to Israel to perform in Jerusalem, reconnecting with sacred landscapes that continue to inspire his spiritual and artistic journey. He is currently releasing a new project of Jewish chant music, an EP that fuses Jewish prayer liturgy with harmonium, beatbox, and layered vocals, weaving together eastern and western devotional traditions into a transformative soundscape.

   Lead Intelligence with Heart

Outro music performance live by Mikey Pauker: SPOTIFY LINK (https://open.spotify.com/artist/1WabgrpgKYaM1g2RKxIe5A?si=CMdMLwXASs2Koug_agJbHQ) In this lecture titled "Intelligence Led by Heart," Richard Andrew Salony explores the profound connection between emotional intelligence, self-embodiment, and the essence of our desires. He initiates the discourse by introducing the concept of avatars, using his own as a metaphor for granting wishes. However, Saloni emphasizes that simply fulfilling surface-level wishes does not delve into the deeper motivations behind them. He encourages an examination of the 'why' behind our desires, suggesting that true empowerment comes from within. Rather than relying on external forces to manifest our wishes, he proposes a transformative process where individuals embody what they seek, creating a sustainable and resonant experience. Salony discusses the limitations of traditional practices centered on the intellect, which is often idolized in contemporary society. He refers to the intellect as a "shadow," differentiating it from what he terms 'native intelligence'—an intrinsic, cellular awareness that has shaped human evolution over 13.5 billion years. This form of intelligence transcends intellect by emphasizing feelings and connections to the natural world, suggesting that disengagement from this inherent rhythm contributes to societal chaos. By reconnecting with our native intelligence, Saloni argues, we can attain balance and harmony, allowing our actions to flow naturally rather than through forced manipulation. The lecture revisits the traditional paradigms of learning and creating, advocating for a shift where the heart guides the intellect. Salony draws upon insights from Richard Rudd’s Gene Keys, suggesting that the intellect should serve the heart, thereby fostering a compassionate approach to our endeavors. He articulates the need for a sense of precision where the heart's feelings take precedence, leading to meaningful creation rather than mere chaos. The conversation moves to the influence of artificial intelligence in our lives. He cautions against intellectual pursuits disconnected from empathy and sustainability, urging listeners to foster a feeling-oriented approach to existence. Drawing parallels to the Buddha's Eightfold Path, he asserts that right view is essential for achieving right action. This foundational perspective guides individuals towards a life that is harmoniously interconnected and fulfilling. Salony prompts listeners to reflect on their existence as products of an extensive evolutionary history. He questions whether they are aligned with their true nature or if they have succumbed to a fragmented existence focused solely on achievement. He emphasizes the importance of feelings, inviting participants to pause and consider their choices and their alignment with their innermost selves. A personal mantra that encapsulates his message: "In love, as love, for love."

   Native Intelligence for Radiant Prosperity

Master of Ceremony Richard Andrew Salony focuses on the profound concept of Native Intelligence and its critical role in fostering vibrant prosperity within individuals and communities. Saloni, a multifaceted individual encompassing roles as a seeker, monk, entrepreneur, angel investor, and executive coach, draws on his extensive experience to explore how authentic living and embracing one's true self can lead to both personal fulfillment and collective advancement. Salony introduces the notion of "radiant prosperity," describing it as a core that must be felt deeply to manifest authentically in one's life. He emphasizes the importance of authenticity, urging participants to connect with their true selves and to express their innate goodness and truth. This authenticity serves as the foundation upon which enduring prosperity can be built, as it emerges from genuine self-reflection and understanding. He prompts the audience to explore their own essence, directing them to consider how they show up in life and urging them to tap into the highest frequency of their thoughts and potential. The lecture progresses as Saloni outlines the significance of Native Intelligence—a feeling-driven, intuitive intelligence as opposed to purely intellectual reasoning. He argues that true innovation and progress arise from this innate intelligence, which is deeply connected to human emotions and experiences. Salony articulates that many societal problems stem from an over-reliance on intellectual constructs detached from the innate wisdom of feelings. He calls for a shift in perspective towards recognizing and nurturing this "native intelligence" that exists within everyone and is the key to unlocking profound personal and societal growth.

The lecture posits that entering spaces where one is fully recognized can help reclaim a more authentic sense of self. Through personal anecdotes and teachings inspired by Paramahansa Yogananda, the speaker introduces the concept of Haranyaloka, a transcendent realm of pure light and existence. This metaphor serves as a catalyst for self-exploration, encouraging individuals to envision their highest potentials across various life roles. The speaker transitions into a discussion of “wormholes” — mechanisms through which profound transformation occurs. At the center of these transitions lies humanity's innate, often frantic, hunger for fulfillment. This unquenchable desire can lead to a life marked by relentless striving, which only serves to erode internal peace. The speaker contrasts this hunger with an inward journey that ultimately nurtures one's essence, fostering a sense of purpose that resonates more deeply than mere external achievement. A critical distinction is made between the frantic pursuit of desires and a more harmonious existence defined by an ebb-and-flow dynamic, likened to the rhythms of nature. Emphasizing the importance of love as a driving force, the lecture urges individuals to seek inner fulfillment rather than superficial accomplishments. Through referencing biblical teachings, the speaker reinforces the ideal that true abundance emerges from cultivating an internal kingdom of peace, rather than grasping for external validations. The concept of presence is examined further, illustrating how often individuals become distracted by impending responsibilities, which diminishes their ability to engage meaningfully in the moment. The speaker encourages participants to show up authentically, engaging with life's myriad experiences through the lens of love and connection. Invoking the Hashish Club's methodical exploration of thought, the idea emerges that both the flow of creative expression and the essential ebb of introspection must be balanced to foster genuine transformation. The call to action is clear: radiate your light in all aspects of life. Continually return to your core essence, where true creativity and abundance reside. Produced by Stuart W. Volkow P.G.A

July 4th 2024 Independence from the Inside Out: Richard Andrew Salony

Excuse the impromptu recording on the mobile phone of this short Independence Day transmission. This article in the Atlantic form the same day supports some of the points. Remember that American is the first Nation State in the world to make "The Pursuit of Happiness" part of its ethos as an unalienable right as written in the Declaration of Independence. So what was behind that statement? https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2024/07/declaration-independence-misery-happiness/678860/ [0:12] So, Isabel asked me to speak a few words about independence and how you do it. What does independence mean? Well, we can think about independence at a collective level. [0:31] But the collective level is just the accumulation of consciousness at the individual level. And so you can't create independence from the outside in. You can't go and structure it outside so it would be white. Depending on who you are and how deep, how authentic is your level of connection to who you really are. That's the journey. You can't go starting to fix the country. You can't start talking about independence and what it means if you're not an independent being. What are we dependent on? Who are we dependent on? Whose stories are we listening to? Whose stories have become our own stories? Whose stories are more important to us? That they like our stories than us just being our own story that's weird. [1:50] Self? because if you think you're going to keep moving dead tears in your life to get to that next level it doesn't happen that way, You arrive to the level within you and then it just shows up because it's the only way that you see things and it's the only way you attract things. The whole electromagnetic field changes, the reality changes because you have changed. So you can move tech chairs all day long. I have companies coming to me, entrepreneurs coming to me all the time and they think that what I'm going to talk to them about, how do I raise my first million dollars and how get people to understand and all I said is how do you become so authentic about what it is that you believe that you become what it is that you want to do it to the radius of when people see it and people are attracted to it and they will give you what you need to do it as long as you create. [2:51] Your authenticity can only stay alive if you find a way to be relevant. What does that mean? It means who is out there, who is out there, who is out there, who is out there. Genuinely means what it means that i have and if i give it to them they will be so grateful for what they receive that will give me back all that i need to continue to do it and do it at the highest level of that's the energy that i've created for a while but it's all based on authenticity i cannot tell you how many business seminars i've done where everyone again wants to It tells you all the details. If the story is broken, you'll only create broken outcomes. You've got to start from a place of clarity. And that clarity comes in the independence of stepping into it on a daily basis. You're most involved in yourself. And making decisions based on that filter. How does this decision impact me in becoming more of my post-law thinking self, or is it another distraction when I tell myself a story and if I do it somehow or other it's going to get me back to where I want to be? [4:17] So if you want to build a great country, you need great people.
