<p>Das erste Interview der Miniserie <strong>Immobitalien </strong>dreht sich um die statistischen Unterschiede zwischen den Wohnungsmärkten Deutschlands und Italiens, zu Gast ist der deutsche Ökonom <strong>Dr. Nils Grevenbrock</strong>.</p><p>In einem <a href="https://cepr.org/publications/dp18305" rel="nofollow">spannenden Paper</a> untersuchte er letztes Jahr das Wohnverhalten und die Eigentumsquoten junger Erwachsener in beiden Ländern und wie diese von verschiedenen Einflussfaktoren abhängen. Hierdurch lässt sich beantworten, warum die Eigentumsquote in Italien so hoch ist und wieso dies trotzdem nicht direkt darauf schließen lässt, dass Italiener nicht zwingend mehr Immobilienvermögen haben als Deutsche. Außerdem erklärt er wie und wie stark ökonomische, kulturelle und politische Einflüsse das Wohnverhalten in beiden Ländern determinieren und verändern könnten.
