We're back in 2025 with our first episode of the year with Vancouver based actress and model, Jade Pattenden!
Jade stars in her first lead role as main characters "Nadia", an aspiring actress taking auditions and looking for her break, and the titular "Lola Dust", a deepfake online avatar that stole Nadia's likeness for nefarious purposes. Jade shared with us her experience starring in her first lead role and the artistic challenge of embodying two vastly different characters, and the greater responsibility of being the top billed actor on the production. We also dive into acting techniques, thematic discussions about Artificial Intelligence and DeepFake technology impacting the industry and society as whole.
"Lola Dust" is aiming for a release in 2025 so keep an eye out for it!
