United in Difference | Genesis 11:1–9 Sermon
Does Christian unity mean we have to be the same? In Genesis 11:1–9, the story of Babel reveals the danger of pursuing unity apart from God’s purposes—and points us toward a biblical vision of a people united in Christ while embracing the differences God has designed. In United in Difference, part of our series Genesis: God’s Design for His People, we’ll explore how God’s people can pursue genuine unity without sacrificing His mission. From Babel to the vision of Revelation 7, Scripture shows us that God is bringing together people from every nation, tribe, people, and language to worship Him and participate in His mission. Sermon Points: Appreciate the differences God has designed in His people. — Ephesians 4:15–16 Work toward unity without sacrificing God’s mission. — Genesis 11:1–9 Celebrate how God uses diversity for His glory and mission. — Revelation 7:9–10 Scripture: Genesis 11:1–9 Related Scriptures: Ephesians 4:15–16; Revelation 7:9–10 Series: Genesis: God’s Design for His People About UsHaven Fellowship Church is a non-denominational, Bible-believing church in Conyers, Georgia, where we experience the love of God, grow in His Word, and share His love with others. Saved by Grace | Genesis 6:13–22 Sermon
How does God’s grace save us, and what does He call us to do after He saves us? In this sermon from Genesis 6:13–22, we look at Noah and discover how God’s grace preserves His people, calls us to faithful obedience, and sustains His covenant community through the storms of life. As we continue our series Genesis: God’s Design for His People, we’ll see how Noah’s story points beyond the ark to the greater salvation we have through Jesus Christ. God’s grace brings us into His people, calls us to live faithfully together, and gives us confidence that His purposes for His Church will endure. Designed for Relationship | Genesis 2:18–24 & Ephesians 4:15–16
In this message, Pastor Josh Gribble introduces Haven Fellowship Church's new 2026–2027 theme, One Body: Living as Christ's Church Together, with a message titled “Designed for Relationship.” The church is not simply a collection of individuals who happen to worship in the same place. From the beginning, God designed us for relationship, and the New Testament shows that this design finds its fulfillment in the body of Christ. Looking at Genesis 2:18–24 alongside Ephesians 4:15–16, we explore God's design for relationship and what it means to live as a connected, Christ-centered community. 📍 Designed for Relationship Recognize Your Role in God's Design Invest in Covenant Relationships Connect with Others in Christ-Centered Community 📆 September 13, 2026📍 Haven Fellowship Church About Us Haven Fellowship Church is a non-denominational, Bible-believing church in Conyers, Georgia, where we experience the love of God, grow in His Word, and share His love with others. The World Made New | Revelation 21–22 Sermon
In this message, Pastor Josh Gribble concludes our series Revelation: How the Story Ends and our 2025–2026 theme, The Story of Scripture: Christ Revealed from Creation to New Creation. The Bible's story begins in a garden and ends with a new creation. Revelation 21–22 shows us God's ultimate plan to make all things new, dwell with His people, and remove everything that has broken His good creation. As we reach the final chapter of Scripture, we see connections reaching all the way back to Genesis: the garden, the tree of life, God's presence, and His desire to dwell with humanity. And Scripture ends with the promise and invitation: Jesus is coming soon. How to Read and Understand Revelation | Revelation 1:1–20 Sermon
What is the book of Revelation really about?Revelation contains visions, judgments, the return of Christ, the Antichrist, the millennium, and the culmination of God's plan for history. Yet before exploring the details, Revelation begins by directing our attention to Jesus Christ, the One who stands at the center of the story. In this message, Pastor Josh Gribble introduces the book of Revelation from Revelation 1:1–20 and explores three foundational truths that help us understand the entire book: Jesus is the focus of Revelation, Revelation was given to be applied by God's people, and Revelation reveals how God's story ultimately ends. When we begin with these truths, the details of Revelation become part of a larger story of Christ's victory, God's faithfulness, and our call to live faithfully while we await His return.TIMESTAMPS00:00 Reading Revelation 14:00 The Challenge of Reading Revelation5:59 Jesus13:45 Reveals to Us20:55 How the Story EndsSeries: Revelation: How the Story EndsSermon: The Word RevealedScripture: Revelation 1:1–20Speaker: Pastor Josh GribbleGO DEEPERExplore the Revelation series, reading plan, sermon notes, and additional resources:https://www.havenfellowship.org/revelation/ (https://www.havenfellowship.org/revelation/)ABOUT HAVEN FELLOWSHIP CHURCHHaven Fellowship Church is a non-denominational, Bible-believing church in Conyers, Georgia where we experience the love of God and share His love with others.Learn more about Haven Fellowship Church: https://www.havenfellowship.org/ (https://www.havenfellowship.org/)Visit us in person at:2240 Smyrna Rd SWConyers, Georgia 30094Sunday School: 9:00 AMWorship Service: 10:00 AM
