In this episode I am talking healing. I talk about the importance of a healing journey. How we all have suffered past hurts, pain, trauma sadness or loss in our lives whether it is from childhood or into our adult lives. We must embrace the pain, feel it and heal it to be able to successfully move forward on our journey.
Hayley Leeanne talks about Isaiah Chapter 30 verse 18. This is one of my favorite verses from my favorite Prophets. I personally interpret what I feel this verse means.

Coping with Addiction
This episode I am talking Addiction. What it means to have an addiction and how it effects us and those around us, living and coping with this illness. Personally having suffered addiction myself and successfully healed myself from it but also seeing my siblings suffer with addiction and my sister loose her life to it I know inhale to well how it destroys families and devours our happiness and ultimately our health. There are many ways in dealing with addiction it can be very difficult to understand what the person is going through and to see life and their struggles through their perspective. I just want to shine light on this subject and be open about expressing the struggles and wants and needs of an addict.

Embracing your inner shadow and releasing lower vibrational energies
In this episode I discuss embracing our inner shadow, what our inner shadow is and how to work with it fully and integrate the light and dark polarities. I also talk about lower vibrational energies that are held within us, deep rooted. Until we embrace these energies and start to heal them they just sit dwelling holding us captive in lower timelines not allowing us to elevate to the next level of our lives. The human body is meant to feel all energies allowing them to flow through us and release, this is how we deal with lower energies that need to be healed, then we can release them to the light and move forward. Remembering you are not your feelings or emotions but you do need to feel them to heal them.

Welcome to episode 2 Level up know your worth. Hayley Leeanne talks self worth, boundaries and values. Ask yourself “who am I, am I happy? Is this relationship nourishing my soul and making me happy” if no it needs to go. The importance of self love and self worth is where it starts. Realize that you are worthy and you are deserving of unconditional love is first and foremost. Mindset is the key and will change everything. If you are stuck in an unfulfilling relationship and you are being devalued and feel unloved, you need to level up and know your worth. Face your truth and start to make the change necessary for you to embrace how you see yourself so you can attract a respectful, meaningful love into your life. The change always starts with you. If you do not value yourself or love yourself then how can you expect others to? If you allow yourself to be devalued and disrespected then you will continue in this cycle. The Spiritual healing journey. I call it surgery of the soul. What to expect
In this episode I am discussing the spiritual based healing journey. What it means to embark on a deep healing journey. To choose to embrace your past traumas, hurts, pain sadness, addiction or loss whatever it is you need to heal I talk about feeling the trauma and how we must sit in our feelings and feel all of it deeply release the emotions that come up so they can be healed and then transmuted into love and light. To free your beautiful soul for negative unwanted hurts and traumas. I discuss toxic family cycles and how we can inherit our ancestors wounds but when we choose to be the cycle breakers of these family cycles we break the cycles, the chains that have held us captive. We choose freedom and peace for ourselves and our children. I briefly talk about how we can work with the powerful moon energies how the divine feminine energy can help us on our healing journey to release the pains and hurts. How the energy of the moon will highlight our triggers which shows us what needs working on and releasing. Choosing to heal means you are choosing freedom and peace. I talk briefly about forgiveness being a main component in our healing journey. How we must learn to forgive ourselves and others who may have wronged us this never means that we condone the hurts others have inflicted on us it means we choose to free ourselves from this baggage and invite peace into our lives. This will help you move forward and continue to heal deeply. There are many reasons why we each need to heal some of us have been brought up in toxic negative families and had negative beliefs and structures embedded in our being which need to be understood and then undone and healed. Some suffer abuse be it physically, mentally or emotional abuse. I discuss how healing is a journey of the soul like no other abs is not for the faint hearted. It will be uncomfortable at times and bring anger, frustration and tears and sadness but it will also be the most rewarding journey and work that you ever do. It brings freedom and peace and is priceless. One of the best things you will decide to do is heal, healing yourself helps others to heal and brings healing to the collective to. Thank you for choosing to listen. Stay blessed ~ Hayley Leeanne.
