<p>这期给大家分享的内容来自萨古鲁《幸福的三个真相》中的引言篇章《四个“傻瓜”：瑜伽之路》。</p><p>🎧 Subscribe - <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://music.163.com/#/radio?id=1490762016">Tranquility 宁静的空间</a></p><p>想到以这样的方式来录制发布是一种即兴的行为，更多出于一种十分个人的内在需要——我总是会为我的每一天去寻找一些宁静的片刻，比如每天作为固定日程的散步时间。</p><p>而我的日常也几乎总是伴随着音乐——我会在不同的心境下去找到不同的音乐，让听觉处于某种频率、任其带领我去到心的向往之处。</p><p>除此之外，我也习惯通过对特定类型文字的阅读来进入某种宁静且广阔的状态（比如这一期分享的这本书）——这在我的日常时间占比上是少的（大部分时间我处于理性分析思考问题的状态），但却构成了滋养我的生活的必要。</p><p>在录制并且制作发布的过程中，我收获到了一些意料之外的惊喜体验。熟悉的文字，不只是去阅读，而由我自己读出来、并且再经由制作的过程去一遍遍的听，我确乎能够感受到更加细微而深刻的宁静与爱。</p><p>🎵录制与制作：shao</p><p>- 智慧瑜伽行者 Gnana yogi：智力的瑜伽，运用智力试图去了悟自己的终极本质</p><p>- 奉爱瑜伽行者 Bhakti yogi：奉献或情感的瑜伽，运用情感试图去了悟自己的终极本质</p><p>- 业力瑜伽行者 Karma yogi：行动的瑜伽，运用身体试图去了悟自己的终极本质</p><p>- 克利亚瑜伽行者 Kriya yogi：转化能量的瑜伽，转化能量试图去达到自己的终极本质</p><p>“瑜伽”一词意为合一，是使身体、头脑（包括思想和情感）、能量三个方面协调一致，在你的体验中万物合一。</p><blockquote><p>有多少条路通向这终极的合一？你只能在你所拥有的东西上下功夫。如果你谈论你不知晓的事物，你有一个选择：要么相信它，要么不相信它。假设我开始谈论某个神，你要么相信我说的神，要么不信。不管是哪个，都只会把你带入奇异的想象中，而非成长。在存在的层面了解自己当下在哪里、然后迈出下一步，这是成长。瑜伽的全部就是把你从你已知的这一步带到未知的下一步。</p></blockquote><p></p>
