Conviction vs. Condemnation: One Corrects You, the Other Cripples You
In this episode of He Working On Me, we’re breaking down the difference between Holy Spirit conviction and enemy condemnation. Sis, one draws you back to the Father with truth and love — the other drives you into shame, silence, and spiritual paralysis.
Through real talk, scripture, and prayer, I’m sharing how to stop confusing YAH’s correction with the devil’s accusations. If you’ve ever felt like you messed up too bad to pray again — this episode is for you.
We’re not hiding anymore.
We’re repenting.
We’re returning.
And we’re letting YAH do the Heart Work. 💛

When My Offense Becomes a Wall Between Me and YAH
This one right here is personal. I had to face the truth — I’ve been walking in the spirit of offense. Every time someone corrected me, I took it as criticism. Every time someone spoke truth, I got defensive. But YAH showed me that my offense wasn’t protection… it was separation. In this episode, I’m sharing how He revealed that my sensitivity wasn’t the issue — my surrender was.
If you’ve ever felt like everybody’s always coming for you, or you shut down when someone tries to help you, this episode is for you. Let’s tear down the walls offense built, so YAH’s Spirit can freely move again. 💔➡️💞

Humble Before God vs. Humble Before the World
The world will have you shrinking to stay liked, while YAH calls you to surrender to stay aligned.
Sis, humility before YAH isn’t about being silent — it’s about being submitted. It’s knowing when to bow and when to stand.
In this Heart Work episode, we’re talking about what true humility looks like, how false humility hides behind fear, and why walking in Kingdom confidence is one of the most humble things you can do.
🎙️ Listen in and let YAH check your heart — because some of us been bowing in the wrong direction.

Me vs. Me: The Flesh vs. the Spirit
In this raw and reflective episode of He Working On Me, I open up about the real battle we all face daily, the fight between our flesh and our spirit. This isn’t just about good vs. bad, it’s about choosing life in the Spirit over the cravings of the flesh, even when it feels easier to give in. I share how YAH revealed to me that the “me vs. me” war is one of the deepest forms of heart work, and why surrender is the only way to win. If you’ve been feeling that tug-of-war inside. Wanting to do right, but struggling with what your flesh desires, this episode will remind you that you’re not alone, and victory is only found in Yahushua.

I’m Back & We Doing the Heart Work
After a short break, I’m back on the mic! In this mini episode, I open up about why I’ve been away since July 29th and how YAH placed the Heart Work series on my spirit. The truth? The moment I said yes, the spiritual warfare got intense. But I’m back refreshed, stronger, and ready to fight the good fight of faith. This episode sets the stage for what’s coming: a deep, honest journey into the hidden parts of our hearts where YAH wants to heal, restore, and align us.

Daughter, You Deserve What YAH Has for You” – Stop Blocking Your Blessings, Sis
This episode was birthed from a revelation that hit me deep: I’ve been blocking my own blessings. Not because YAH didn’t want to bless me but because I wasn’t open to receive what He already had for me.
In this Spirit-led word, we’re confronting that quiet belief that tells us we’re unworthy, not ready, or too messed up to be blessed. We’re shutting down self-sabotage, breaking agreement with false humility, and finally standing in the truth: You do deserve what YAH has for you — not because you’re perfect, but because He is faithful.
Even though I’m under the weather and my voice might sound a little sick today, I knew I still had to show up for this one… because somebody needs this word.
Get cozy, grab your tea, and let’s let YAH minister to our hearts.
You’re not forgotten. You’re not overlooked. And you’re definitely not disqualified.

Confess Carefully: Everybody Ain’t Safe to Tell
In this episode of He Working On Me, we’re diving into the biblical call to confess our sins — but with discernment. James 5:16 tells us to confess our faults one to another, but what happens when we confess to the wrong people? Sis, not every ear is safe. Some folks will pray for you, while others will prey on you. In this episode, we unpack how to use spiritual wisdom before sharing your struggles, how to spot unsafe spaces, and why comparing sins isn’t true accountability.
Scriptures & The Gospel: James 5:16, Proverbs 13:20, Matthew 7:6 (KJV)
Tune in and be encouraged to heal wisely, not just openly.
What did that experience teach you about discernment?

We Matching Energy Or We Matching Christ?
Let’s talk for a minute. This whole “match energy” culture? It sounds cute… until it starts costing you peace, character, and your SALVATION. In today’s episode, I’m talkin’ to the ones who love TMH GOD but still get tempted to MATCH ENERGY. It's me Im talkin to me and yall LOL .
But no for real we diving into why matching energy don’t belong in the Kingdom, how it’s a lowkey trap, and why walking in the Spirit is a must, not a maybe. With scripture, honesty, and a lil’ bit of righteous seasoning, I’m unpackin’ what it means to reflect Christ not the chaos around us.
If you’ve ever been hurt, tried, tested, or petty on a Tuesday, this one’s for you. Come sit with me. Let’s grow together.

CAN YAH(GOD) COUNT ON YOU?
Whew… sis. Today’s episode is a heart check for real and not for play.
We always say, “YAH(GOD), I trust You,” but have you ever flipped that question and asked “Can YAH(GOD) trust me?” Can He count on you when it’s quiet, when it’s inconvenient, or when nobody’s watching?
In this episode, we talk about what it really means to be reliable in the Kingdom, how to become a woman GOD can trust with His assignments, and why obedience even in the small things matters more than we think.
I’m sharing two scriptures from the KJV, some honest reflection, and practical steps to grow into the daughter YAH(GOD) can count on.
Let’s grow together, sis.
Scriptures:
Luke 16:10 KJV
Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV

YAH(GOD) Said Be Quiet Daughter
This Episode right here is me checkin myself, out loud.
Lately, YAH has been tellin’ me to fall back to stop explainin yourself, stop clappin’ back, and just… be quiet. Whew. It’s not easy when you’re used to speakin’ your mind. But sometimes silence is obedience, not weakness.
In this episode, I’m talkin’ through the self-check I had to do, and maybe it’ll check you too.
We’re breakin down:
What the Bible says about keepin quiet.
Why silence can protect your peace and your purpose.
How to stop over-explainin and let TMH GOD YAH move without your mouth.
Let’s lean into the stillness, sis. Even in silence; God’s still speakin’.
